In a quiet hillside location, approx. 950m from the beach and 400m from the village center, lies the apartment house, which is spread over four levels in terraces.
The well-kept property with olive, orange and lemon trees is located at the end of a mountain road with a fantastic view of the sea.
The swimming pool can be used by all guests and is located on the middle level of the complex.
The five parking spaces are located on the lower and upper levels.
The fourth level leads to the large roof terrace with fantastic views of the bay of Buljarica and the mountains.
The apartments are tastefully and comfortably furnished with tiles, satellite TV, Internet via WLAN, air conditioning with cooling/heating function, fitted kitchens with all appliances and washing machines.
The terraces are equipped with furniture. Bed linen and towels are ready for you on arrival.

From the roof terrace, you can see the small village of Buljarica.
Buljarica
- The small village is located right in the middle of the Montenegrin coast, 2 km south of Petrovac and 20 km south of Budva.
- There is a supermarket and several restaurants (in summer an ice cream parlor, bakery, beach stalls, fruit shop, snack bar and pedal boat rental on the extensive natural beach. Various beach bars are open in summer.
- Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the beaches.
- The 2.5 km long, natural beach is very popular with locals and guests.
- A 2 km long hiking trail leads to the popular sandy beaches of Lucice and Petrovac.
- The old harbor towns of Budva, Bar and Kotor can be reached by bus
- The airports of Podgorica and Tivat are each about 40 km away
- Austrian Airlines, Air Montenegro, Air Serbia, Lufthansa, Ryanair and Wizz Air fly to Montenegro

The apartment is beautifully situated in the middle of olive groves surrounded by greenery. It is beautifully furnished and has everything your heart desires. There is a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds and much more. The swimming pool makes the heart of every child and adult beat faster. The view is sensational! And so are the landlords, Mira and Christian and their representative Dragana. They have lots of tips for excursions and are very hospitable and friendly.

Such a wonderful host and a beautiful house. We felt right at home in the cozy room and enjoyed the incredible view from the rooftop terrace! I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful experience in the middle of nature.
Everything was great! The accommodation is in a quiet area with great views of the sea. Everyone was friendly and we would definitely come back! *If possible, we recommend you to arrive by car
We had a great time with Milunka and Christian. There is nothing to complain about. Everyone goes out of their way to make guests feel at home.
What we liked most was the large communal roof terrace, from which you have a fantastic view over the entire bay.
If we ever travel to Montenegro again, we will definitely come back!
